Cookies – It’s What’s for Dinner!

So here I am alone on a lazy Sunday night. With only one person to cook for I thought, why not have cookies for dinner? I’m 26 which fully qualifies me as an adult and allows me to make terrible decisions while hungry. Best part of this whole ordeal however; these cookies are gluten free! I found a basic sugar cookie recipe online, added funfetti sprinkles to the batter and drizzled melted white chocolate on top. Voila, you have a super moist, super delicious (mostly unhealthy) dessert. TBH, I was actually in the mood for Brussel Sprouts, so I’m not sure where this cookie inspo came from… Oh well – nom nom nom!

1 Egg

2 1/2 Cups Gluten Free Flour

1 3/4 Cups Sugar

1 Cup Softened Butter

*Funfetti Sprinkles*

1 TSP Vanilla

1 TSP Salt

1 TSP Baking Powder

Combine all ingredients and bake at 375 for 10 minutes. Enjoy! : )
